Seattle Style Teriyaki Salad Sauce

My take on a seattle takeaway classic - specifically the mayo-based salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • bit of sesame oil
  • 1 garlic

Steps

  1. Chop garlic finely
  2. Mix everything and put into a sauce bottle or something
