Grocery Store Rotisserie Pho

- I love pho
- I like making broth at home
These two aspects of me clicked together when I saw a guy make pho broth on tiktok. I don't remember what video it was now, but I've taken that recipe, applied my own research on top, and have come up with what I think is a pretty tasty (and easy!) recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Ginger
- 1 packet of pho spices
